• To cancel a lesson, 48 hours notice must be given from the lesson time.  Failure to do so will result in the customer be charged for the lesson.

• Lessons are paid for in advance using the Total Drive App.  

• To use my car for a driving test, the customer must show the are test ready by comfortably passing a mock test. The mock test must be passed before the DVSA cut-off for moving a test date (currently 3 working days, but will soon move to 10 working days before the scheduled exam date).  I will advise as early as possible if a driving test date needs to be changed.
